to show the spatial and furniture layout including wall finish positions

to show the spatial and furniture layout including floor and wall finishes

A Personalized Sample Board

to give you a tactile experience by allowing you to touch and feel the different finishing textures that bring the whole design together.

Which includes (where applicable):

• Wall finishes (paint brush-outs, etc.)
• Floor Finishes
• Materials and other finishes (curtains, blinds, upholstery, etc.)
• Colour scheme

**Optional Customized 3D View of Your Space

a 3D Revit render to provide a photorealistic "virtual reality" view of your new design with your existing and/or new furniture

 Only R 1 500 

**Balance of payment to be made

 once payment has reflected, you will receive detailed specifications of items for your new interior design

OR

***Optional Personal Shopper

I will be your personal shopper and order all your furnishings, accessories, etc. This will include delivery and placement of all items to give you the finished design at a fee of 10% of the total purchases (Separate budget for Hard and Soft finishes)

• Materials and other finishes (curtains, blinds, upholstery, etc.)
• Colour scheme

*Includes 2 FREE changes*
